Prices: Prices shown are current at the time of publishing. Market fluctuations may necessitate alteration of prices without notice. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date when the order is received by Monsoon Marketing Ltd. Prices quoted are inclusive of V.A.T. at the appropriate rate.
Terms of payment: Payment on Placement of Order.
Delivery and Carriage: Orders will be delivered to the stated delivery address.
Claim and Liability: Notice of any claim relating to shortage of or damage to goods shall be made to Monsoon Marketing Ltd within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. In the event of loss or non-delivery the buyer shall notify Monsoon Marketing Ltd in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Monsoon Marketing Ltd shall have no liability in any circumstances for any consequential loss and in no case shall its liability exceed the invoice of the goods in question.
Reservation of Title: The property in the goods will not pass until all payments due to Monsoon Marketing Ltd by the customer have been paid in full.
Guarantee: If it is shown to the satisfaction of Monsoon Marketing Ltd that any material or workmanship in its products is defective Monsoon Marketing Ltd guarantee to rectify, replace or give credit for such defective material or workmanship to an amount not exceeding the invoice price. In no circumstances whatsoever shall Monsoon Marketing Ltd be liable for any further consequential loss.
Exchange Process: Exchanges will be processed and provided at the first opportunity, but may be subject to delay. Please try and avoid exchanges wherever possible.
